Each&All was founded in 2012 by Karen Harris. Having spent her career working in corporate retail organisations in commercial leadership roles Karen set up her consultancy because she consistently saw missed opportunities in organisations to create cultures where individuals could thrive and achieve their best by supporting openness and brave conversations around development and wanted to create those opportunities.

The founding belief of Each&All is that people bring their whole selves to work, and that being able to work with the whole person is critical to supporting change.

When we began we began small, working on development programmes with a real focus on our belief that confidence is an enabler. The more work we did, the more we believed this. And so we created workshops and programmes and coaching relationships that empowered and removed limitations, that allowed people to own what was really going on for them by getting real. The more we got real the more we were able to help confidence and capability grow. Having brave conversations about what is really needed and what is going on for us and supporting accountability is what we do.

“We have worked with Karen Harris at Each&All for some time and she has delivered both workshops and webinars for our Leadership development programmes for both Store Managers and Head office colleagues. Karen has created bespoke, impactful content that has really supported the development and behavioural change for our colleagues.

Across both webinars and workshops the feedback we have received for the courses has been excellent with colleagues commenting on the impact both professionally and personally. More recently Karen has transformed an existing face to face workshop into half day webinars with superb feedback across all cohorts, so much so that we have decided to widen the audience this programme is offered to.”
