We believe in the potential of positive change, growth, and the positive effects it can have. The power each piece of change has: to affect our whole self but also to affect not only all of ourselves, but all of the people we work with in our organisations and communities. We believe in the power of this so much it is the reason we are called Each&All.
Power of connection
We believe in the power of human connection and the energy it brings. We believe that recognising the importance of our humanity in the workplace has never been more important. It is vital in a world where there is a renewed appetite for authenticity, real truth and this is vital to support people and organisations to do their best work.
At Each&All we believe that real change does have a ripple effect. Real change happens in the space of our identity and can ripple out to benefit our connections and relationships with our teams and the organisations we work in and belong to. At Each&All we believe in supporting individuals and teams to create the changes that help them to achieve their personal best.
The work we do is focused in four areas – Identity, Connection, Capability and Wellbeing.
When we run, or cycle, or play any sport, or pass an exam, we can create a PB; a personal best. We know that each tiny tweak, each behavioural change, each new capability improves our performance. When we combine this with the power of our reflections and developing our resilience we move closer to improving our personal best. At Each&All we take this approach in the development work that we do. We are passionate about helping people and teams by working with our whole, human selves to remove limitations and support people to shine and to flourish.
Never has the appetite for authentic leadership, real and courageous conversations and human connection been greater than now in the workplace. Recognising the challenges we all face in our working world we have built our offering to empower, inspire and support.

Our goal is to support individuals to harness their unique strengths, working with beliefs and assumptions which inhibit confidence. Then creating enablers that allow their talent to flourish and positively impact on their relationships and organisational goals.

Wellbeing
Our goal is to support individuals and teams to achieve optimum working wellbeing. Our work is designed to support resilience working with the 4 states: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.
Our work includes: Coaching, team coaching, group coaching. Facilitated workshops and webinars –Mindfulness, Meditation, Breath, Movement, Resilience, Habit, Motivation, Science of happiness and kindness, Body chemistry, Balance, Goal setting.
Connection
Our goal is to support individuals and teams to achieve optimum working relationships and feel connected to their organisation. Our work recognises the value of our human, whole selves and the value of courageous conversations.
Our work includes: Coaching, team coaching, team facilitation. Facilitated workshops and webinars – Authentic leadership, People management, Storytelling and inspiring communications, Influencing and impact.
Capability
Our goal is to support individuals in the acquisition of new skills to achieve their potential, reducing performance inhibitors and maximising their capabilities.
Our work includes: Coaching, team coaching, group coaching. Facilitated workshops and webinars – Commercial and business thinking, Commercial finance, Strategic thinking, Communication.
How we work with you
Coaching
A coaching ethos sits at the heart of everything we do. We offer one to one exec coaching and also offer coaching to support development programmes. Karen Harris leads our coaching team and has a MSc in Coaching and Behavioural change with a Distinction from Henley Business school. We take a person centred approach to our coaching, and whilst we can draw on a breadth of tools and techniques, we believe the most important tool as a coach is active listening, giving our clients the time and space to explore their thinking and work on behavioural change from what they learn for themselves.
Workshops
All of our workshops are facilitated using a coaching approach. We work hard to ensure we create energy in the learning environment and that our sessions are both challenging and supportive. We work to ensure our sessions allow for honest conversations and reflections and practical adoption of new skills and insights. We get a buzz in every session when people hit a lightbulb moment and our workshops continually receive the highest rating in participant feedback.
Webinars
All of our webinars are facilitated using a coaching approach. In our webinars we recognise that we are now in a world where people are working where they live and on teams and zoom calls for a large part of the day. We work hard to set up a trusting and supportive environment at the start of the session and to create energy throughout. Our webinars are run with relatively small sized groups to ensure engagement and participation throughout by all. Our webinars continually receive the highest rating in participant feedback.
Team
We work with teams in completely bespoke ways depending on each brief. We offer facilitated sessions for teams facing challenging situations allowing for what needs to be said to be surfaced with clear, positive outcomes as a result. We work with teams to support team identity and purpose and strategy and vision and can do this through team coaching, facilitated sessions and team days.
Insights
Each&All Ltd is an accredited distributor of Insights Discovery. This is a unique psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. We love working with Insights Discovery as it is built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace.

The Insights Discovery methodology uses a simple four colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. These are called colour energies and it’s the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue which determines how and why people behave the way they do.
